“Staff were amazing, pool was great, the room was really cute. AC and the ceiling fan combo were great after spending time outdoor in the sun. We did have issue with AC dripping water but when I told the concierge Enrique, he took care of it right away and we had no issue afterwards. However the breakfast was too salty we skipped the other day even when it was included in our bill. (I would only recommend the pancakes!) The water pressure was really bad it was just dripping. “Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. ”

“Very nice hotel, with very helpful staff. A rooftop bar and restaurant is a plus and very convenient. The room was small, but I enjoyed staying for a couple of nights. A bit getting noisy in the night because of the rooftop, but I was okay with that. I had an issue with the balcony door lock, which was not completely locked, even though you tried hard, and it could open with a push from outside. The balcony is a nice setup shared with other rooms. It was okay with me, but I am not sure……

“My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful.
