I stayed here for 3 nights at The Soot Rentals. I was given a concierge through WhatsApp to connect with if I had any problems. The WiFi network I was given never showed up as an option. The concierge name is Marcial who never helped me. I reached out to the company over text and email and the one time the responded was to tell me they would send someone to fix it and they never did. After that they stopped responding to me at all. The television was also broken. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve had ever. I had to go to coffee shops to get any work done since I never got WiFi which I paid for. Demanding a full refund for this ridiculous customer service. This hotel should not let Expedia do their bookings any longer.

This place was ok. The road to the place was legit a nightmare. It was a dirt road with so many deep pot holes it takes 5 to 10 minutes to drive. The internet was terrible. There wasn't very many people at the facility. The place had a ton of fruit flies from the person before us. The trash had been filled with hundreds of fruit flies before it was cleaned. I think the cleaning didn't happen for days and the trash baked with flies before we came. And then we arrived at 12pm but the cleaners didn't finish until well after the check in time. We were suppose to have the place by 4pm but it wasn't ready until 5pm so we had to wait for this. I wasn't very happy with this at all. The internet was basically broken the entire time I was there. Absolutely awful and it finally got fixed the last day we were there. The place was nice and I liked the bed but I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Die Appartementanlage wird von mehreren privaten Eigentümern geführt, die jedoch nicht vor Ort sind. Eine funktionierende Rezeption gibt es nicht – während unseres Aufenthalts war sie durchgehend unbesetzt.
Zwar ist der Pool an sich schön, doch die gesamte Anlage wirkt verlassen und ungepflegt. Ein Restaurant oder andere Einrichtungen zur Verpflegung gibt es nicht, was die Lage zusätzlich unattraktiv macht.
Die Zimmer waren wohl einmal ansprechend, doch der fehlende Unterhaltungsaufwand führt dazu, dass alles langsam verfällt. Der Geruch nach Beton in den Räumen war unangenehm. Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die Dusche defekt war, das Internet nicht funktionierte und an der Wand lediglich noch die Verankerung eines einst vorhandenen Fernsehers hing. Unser Vermieter reagierte zunächst auf unsere WhatsApp-Nachricht und versprach, sich um die Probleme zu kümmern – danach herrschte jedoch Funkstille. Selbst als später Wasser von der Decke tropfte (möglicherweise ein Rohrbruch), blieb unsere Nachricht mit Video unbeantwortet. Ans Telefon ging er ebenfalls nicht, auch nicht als expedia ihn versuchte zu kontaktieren.
Die beworbene Bar und das Restaurant waren geschlossen. Die Ausstattung am Pool war in einem desolaten Zustand: Eine Liege brach unter normaler Nutzung zusammen, die Auflagen waren feucht und teilweise am schimmeln.
Letztlich wandten wir uns an Expedia, die uns halfen, das Zimmer sofort zu stornieren.
Das Anlage wird bald eine Bauruine sein.
