「Let’s start with the good. The pool is amazing. The condo is quiet. There is a lovely cat (maybe two) who took up residence. On the flip, I didn’t have hot water for two days, the air conditioner seemed to not work in the night, the lights flickered in the bedroom and there was no maid service. The internet cut out for the day while I was trying to work. Not the fault of the hotel but we also had no power without warning for an entire day. I didn’t have one day without some type of issue....

「I would not recommend staying at this property. The man who checked us in, didn’t speak any English and didn’t fully explain the policy. Also the staff were not very attentive to their guest because we had to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone and nobody was hardly at the front desk, even when waited no one would appear. Also, we also had a blackout which lasted for hours and as a person who has health problems that is extremely unacceptable and when we spoke to management, they told us about 30...

If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」
