The studio is located on the corner and first floor of the KATI building, making it bright and quiet; it has a small and comfortable balcony where you can enjoy a delicious and refreshing drink, a king size bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, all for a pleasant rest! The unit has a smart TV to listen to music, watch a series/movie on your favorite app, and it also provides an iron and ironing board. In addition, the KATIA building has a small gym and a rooftop pool with an area for sunbathing, relaxing, or setting up your meeting and socializing. ✼KATIA 113✼ is really beautiful, practical and a very comfortable place!❣
