“My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. There’s welcoming drinks when we checked in and macarons in the room. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Our room is quiet(best thing for this hotel), bright, spacious and with a big balcony with sea view. The breakfast has a lot selections and the food has a certain quality. We also love the dinner at the restaurant in hotel; it’s a bit pricey but really worthy and delicious . The beach is beautiful and quiet. However, it’s not the most convenient……

“The location is close to the beach and good food option The room is terrible , old amenities and not properly maintained No wifi in the rooms Only one lift serving the whole facility as the second one is under Maintenance”

“As a five stars hotel it really match but all waiter's eyes show that they want to get tip even they do nothing. Wifi is poor in our room and in the first time they forget to activities our account. And don't know why the toiletries only for one person but we book the room for two person. By the way you can have your breakfast in your room that is nice.”

“Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Amal im Dar Souad empfangen. Wir waren vor 14 Uhr, also Check In zeit da, konnten aber trotzdem schon früher auf unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Guesthouse war sehr sauber. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, ist der Pool. Dieser war nicht wirklich ein Pool. Das sollte man in der Beschreibung eventuell mal ändern. Das ist aber auch das einzige. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine warme und herzliche……

“Bonjour nous sommes arrivé à 18h et pensions manger sur place au restaurant, le Monsieur nous à dit qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant car le cuisinier était en vacances,(j'avait reservé pour mon anniversaire ce week-end en amoureux)pas de bar à la piscine non plus,pas de petit déjeuner buffet, aucun produit maison au petit déjeuner, que des produits à bas prix de super marché,la dame emmenait tout dans un panier et deposait sur la table, un oeuf dur par personne, un yaourt tres sucré par personne,……

“ Incapacité d'assurer un transfert:Attente par 40 degrés avec un bébé d'1 an. Piscine hors d'usage. problème non anticipé ni reconnu. Nous avons insisté sur le fait que, si la piscine était inutilisable, il était inenvisageable de passer dans ce petit village très chaud et retiré, des vacances avec enfants. Mais le pire restait à venir: Pression pour que nous restions puis refus de rembourser lors de notre départ. Pour finir, plainte à la police et remboursement avec facturation abusive à un……
