"Second time staying here. Bear house is simply perfect. Great location, great hosts. It is a joy to stay here. The grounds are welcoming, with plenty of places to sit and chat with your group, or new friends! Parking is right there. The rooms are always clean, and well stocked with coffee and snacks. The location was convenient to everything by car - a very short drive to the grocery, downtown, and all of the area attractions. "Staying in an updated historic loft that is beautifully decorated, made us feel so comfortable. There is a park across the street and the loft is near the base of Lookout Mountain. "Cindy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. There was a charming claw foot bathtub and a pedestal sink depicting a Victorian or French styled bathroom. The queen sized bed was so comfortable and decorated with beautiful bed coverings and pillows. There was a tv in the bedroom and the living room. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the porch that had two rocking chairs. We loved the location and most of all our lovely hostess."
