“This is a great hotel! Staff is great. Breakfast was fabulous, especially the slow cooked pork tacos. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of trees and greenery. Beds were perfect! Indoor pool, gym, laundry facilities are a nice addition. We visited nearby colleges with our daughter. We walked across the street to take the free PVTA bus into Amherst. Shopping mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks are across the street. ”
“Elegant 200-year-old home updated with an en suite BR, AC. Wonderful hosts, Joan & Steve; excellent gourmet breakfast served in their historic dining area. Highly recommend for a quiet, historic, picturesque, comfortable, friendly stay.”
“It was a quick but enjoyable overnight stay. We didn’t get to check out the amenities due to our quick turnaround, but it offered the best hot breakfast compared to other hotels I recently stayed at.”
“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”
“It was a nice treat to find a room in a renovated Southern Vermont hotel. Brattleboro has not had an easy time, and it has a marvelous past concealed by a slightly downscale present.
The hotel, the room, the management-all great!!”
“Such nice innkeepers! And a bespoke breakfast to boot. I hope I'm back in Brattleboro soon so I can spend another night at the One Cat B&B. Next time I hope to meet the cat.”
