The only issue is the maintenance of the property-minor inconveniences-tvs didn't work upon arrival because remotes switched and cable not connected to the tv, blinds couldn't go up and down, and I had to replace three light bulbs which was a little irritating but overall didn't ruin the trip"

"Marty is an EXCELLENT host, he replies IMMEDIATELY! My experience was an issue with housekeeping; however, Marty went ABOVE AND BEYOND to remediate the issue right away. The condo is nicely appointed with everything you could want or need. It is nicely located on the island, with access to the beach within a few minutes' walk, and to the walking and bike riding trails."
