“Hotel is in a very good location. Restaurants are very close and Medical is across the street if needed. The staff is very helpful, friendly, Courteous and professional. The Hotel is really neat and has plenty of parking.”

“Noisy area with semi trucks all hours of the day woke me up several times and I’m a pretty sound sleeper. . There is only a couple of small restaurants in the area that are not guaranteed to be open even if their hours say different. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned from a prior stay. Hotel staff not always available.”

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. “This is the worst hotel we have ever tried to stay in, and the only one we have ever left. there are several reasons: 1) There was virtually no parking except in a busy alley-like setting and we almost got hit twice by other cars. 2) The door to our room was very dented as though it had been severely beaten on. 3) The floor in our room was dirty and fixtures were chipped, worn out, and desparetly needed replaced. 4) The bed sheets were so badly stained there is no way we could lay in them. “When we initially walked into the room it looked clean but once we were in there, the pillows had hair and other things on them. The sheets had big stains with more hair and the "clean" towels were also very stained. The doors had gaps in them where you could see a lot of daylight but did lock.
