"Newer built. BEDS: uncomfortable with horrible pillows and scratchy sheets. SHOWER: not too bad water pressure, I'd rate it a C+. BREAKFAST: not very good, we were offered old omelets, smoked sausage that tasted like pure fat, lukewarm not cooked all the way potatoes with a seasoning that was so bad!! Coffee was ok and so was the oatmeal."

"This is a great location for hanging in old town Cottonwood! We had a fine time walking to every place we wanted to and then strolling home without driving. Fantastic! Cottonwood, and the area, offers some of of the best wine and food. It's a culinary dream region. We loved the "Pad". We would definitely return. The bed was quite comfy and the whole place was charming. "
