“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”
“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……
“Location might be a bit far from the main historical sites.
Good staff. Relaxing environment
The laundry service was too expensive though the service was good”
“Our room was on the second floor and was spacious and had an amazing view of Cusco. The bathroom was enormous with two sinks, big tub, spacious shower, and heated floors. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location can’t be beat. A few block walk to the Plaza Mayor, Plaza San Blas, and if you’re up for it, you can walk to Saqsaywaman. I did sometime hear music at night coming from the bars and clubs nearby, but it was faint and didn’t keep me awake,……
“A true former monastery constructed on Inca ruins in the Medieval period and entirely renovated and converted into a luxury hotel. There is an active chapel that was preserved, the rooms are large, oxygen is available by mask, but some rooms also have supplemental ambient O2, bathrooms are well equipped, staff is extremely attentive and courteous. The included buffet breakfast is more like a feast, with more options than you can handle. The hotel seems to focus on amazing service. And they……
“Very clean and well maintained property within walking distance of the town square. We were able to easily walk to Saqsaywaman and many other nearby attractions. We booked the Salkantay trek, and the meeting point was conveniently just around the corner. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, they even prepared a breakfast to take with us on the day of our trek. I would definitely stay here again!”
“I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff.”
“Lovely staff that even gave us a hot water water bottle at night. Breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for visiting the Historic Centre of Cusco. ”
“Warm welcome by the staff as we arrive very early in the morning, they let us to checkin earlier. So that we can enjoy a hot shower and good sleep after long flight from Hong Kong to cusco. The staff also help us to keep the luggage while we stayed two days in Machu Picchu. After we back from Machu Picchu, the luggage already in our room”
“What a unique and comfortable place to base our stay in Cusco for our family of 6! The gardens in the courtyard were so beautiful, and even featured a resident parrot (Adobe). Wonderful property manager who was so responsive. ”
"The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel.
