"Hotel was basic Motel 6. Basic, clean, nothing fancy. Area was sketchy. Wouldn't stay there again."

"there is a beautiful view and the place is funky and fun and I felt very safe - plus, the guy at the desk was very kind and welcoming. However, the place was not very clean and the shower was not working great. It is a deal and worth a stay but the price is low for a reason."

"Unique place to stay. Has beautiful views. Loved the private outdoor/ fire pit. Rooms are small but the attention to detail makes up for it. "

"Jay was very responsive. I had a lot of questions and he always got back to me quickly. The beds are very firm but I slept well on them. I think they are the type that mold to your body. The house is quite spacious and it a good location above the main road so it’s close but not noisy. "

"All went well at Viewhouse. We enjoyed the proximity to Joshua Tree National Park. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has spices, oil and such for cooking which was appreciated. Beds are memory foam. Kids loved the swinging chairs and record player. Would stay here again. "
