"Was as good as expected. Somewhat small private beach but weather not conducive to entering lake anyway. More preschool children than expected."

"The cottage was beautiful, bright, and a stunning view. Lots of room to spread out, patio was great to hang out on comfy patio seating The rec centre is really nice, very clean, little bit of walk, if you have little ones I’d look at renting a golf cart You can park right at the house which was nice tooIt was warm, the geo heating keeps it at 21 which was hot to sleep in and you cannot open windows, maybe some more fans for hotter sleepers? The kitchen was stocked with all kitchen items you need, consumables were sparse compared to other VRBO’s, there were no toiletries at all ( and of course I forgot my shampoo) Also be warned you have to do all the laundry, prior to check out , we were told to do the towels the night before except everyone wanted a shower in the morning , so we had to run about on check out day and make sure towels and sheets all got washed, (have never had this before usually you just strip the bedding and put your towels in an area)All and all nice place, great for large groups or families, they even have a Mickey mouse theme going on which kids would love it would think."

Osoyoos Lakeview Inn & Suites

"Had the cabin which with 3 bedrooms and pull out with a kitchen. Also had 2 parking spots and a place sit and barbeque (never had a chance to use). Cabin and outside area are fairly clean but very dated. Bathroom was updated. The couch had a old cloth cover on it. Inside smelled like old cigarettes. Expected more for the large sum paid. The dishwasher leaked when we used it a it took us a long time to get the TV to work due to wire problems (had to move the wires to get power to stay on the TV box) It was late when this occured so did not let staff know until the morning. No one was in the office when we checked out (9 am) so called number. The manager was dismissive of issues stating housekeeping never told him about the TV issue. Did offer to clean up the water but we cleaned up already as it happened at 11pm. Manager never apologized, was silent and hung up. Stuff happens but we were very irritated by the lack of concern and him being dismissive."
