Twinsburg Pet-friendly Hotel

"Convenient and nice"

"It is pet friendly, but $100 per stay, not good for one night. The staff is the best feature, they are pleasant, informative and responsive! The room is excellent, lighting was so good, TV was big and had all options, bathroom was super clean with excellent shower. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was easy, we chose the lot across the street, but their valet service is very attendant to each new arriving guest."

"It was beautiful and amazing. The only thing I would suggest is free breakfast and maybe have included amenities, for the price we paid to stay overnight, they could provide some free water, etc. Otherwise it was wonderful. Even our kids enjoyed it. "

"We booked this hotel for a family wedding specifically because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was okay - the staff running the breakfast was distracted by her cell phone, but managed to refill food items once they ran out. Beds were smaller than expected, and there were no extra blankets in the room for the fold out, so my 3 kids scrunched into one bed. I did not attempt to call down for extra blankets. All in all, it was an okay experience. Good, not great. "

"The property must have changed hands within the last year. Not well managed. I stayed 3 days and my room was never cleaned. I went a got clean towels daily myself. I made the bed daily. It definitely needs some manager input. "
