“From the moment we checked in, it was apparent that this was going to be the best Hotel we had stayed in! We loved the secure, private parking garage! The room was immaculate, plenty of room for the 6 of us and most importantly, clean! The staff was very accommodating with any of our requests and the free breakfast was good as expected and June who was part of the kitchen/dining staff, made our morning start out so much better, because she was so kind, friendly, helpful and would even stop and……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
