“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. The room was very spacious, beds and sofa were comfy. Plenty of blankets, bedding, and towels. There were still things that could’ve been better; hot tub was off limits (but we didn’t use the pool or hot tub anyway), no razors at front desk (after I realized I forgot mine and my daughter’s), some plug/usb didn’t work (but there were so many in the room it didn’t really matter much), and the room was either too hot or the a/c would kick in……

“From the moment you walk doors, you know youve made the right choice on to stay. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome! I was expecting the normal hotel area but instead a very nice bar with a with restaurant with a very nice breakfast lunch and dinner menu. And for your late night cravings a huge grab and go area. My room was spacious and very clean. Theres nothing to complaining about when get a great nights sleep on an amazing bed. But the pool area was the best I've ever been in.……

“Comfortable room layout in a suite style that feels like way more than just a hotel room. My favorite aspects of this place were the comfortable bed, bathroom layout and kitchen amenity. My least favorite things were the thin bed cover which was not warm enough, no bar service on Sat or Sun, and the bathroom had some suspect dirty grout spots on the floor juncture to the shower pan. ”

“I had multiple issues with my room key and the front desk staff was beyond helpful with getting me into my room when the technology was working against us! Huge shoutout to the young lady behind the desk on Sunday afternoon, and the gentleman present on NYE. ”

“No breakfast is offered here. While the new esspresso machines in rooms are nice/high end, there was no option (regular coffee pot or microwave) to heat water for the tea and oatmeal I had packed (since I am not a coffee drinker or early riser). Only a coffee option in the lobby, as well. They do have a nice little coffee shop down the street called Blue Collar, however. i.d. restaurant and bar in hotel was wonderful. Darker, more intimate vibe with cool decor. Food and drinks were great. Lead……
