"We enjoyed our stay at the Tumbleweed. It was clean and quiet. It felt brand new. We didn’t bring our pup this time, but it will be perfect for her if we stay again. Fruita’s little mainstreet, Aspen Avenue is so cute. People are friendly, lots of bikes, lots of dogs and good pizza. A nice weekend getaway if you want to explore the Grand Valley. "

"Kitchen was not stocked well with utensils, no pairy knife , spatula had been melted, toilet room light was burned out . The main tv could not connect or mirror a phone to to look at our pictures. This was probably the most expensive place we have ever stayed at but probably the poorest maintained. "

"My brothers & I (along with a 13 year old grandson) really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed for our needs. Location in a quiet neighborhood was a big plus. One toilet was a little backed up but we were able to plunge it effectively - didn't impact our stay very much. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of the house. It really was a temporary home for us!!!"
