We respect your privacy and will only come by if we have permission. I am available 24/7 for emergencies: such as lockout, fire, flood, AC issue, violation or injury. Please call 911 as needed, then text and call. Please notify us by text of any other issues or maintenance problems. In the case of a neighbor or police complaint the following protocol will be followed: 1) I will call and text the primary guest to notify you of the complaint. I will only speak with the primary guest. 2) I will come by the property to do a walk-through inspection. I will need to speak with the primary guest at that time. In most cases you will be allowed to stay. If there are any further complaints you will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

Blue Marlin is located in the middle of Tybee Island. It is only 4 blocks to the beach, about .2miles. It is close to Memorial Park which has a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, bike trail, picnic tables and grill, covered picnic areas and a screened in pavilion available to rent. This cool bungalow is the best location on the island.

Blue Marlin is located in central- island which makes it accessible to the rest of Tybee by bike and golf cart. It has ample free parking on site. This raised bungalow is only a 5 minute walk to the beach or a quick 2 min ride on a bike which are available upon request. There is also a 4 or 6 seater golf cart with parking decals for rent. T- The entire home is NON-SMOKING, including balconies.
- **PARKING PASSES MUST BE DISPLAYED ON THE DASHBOARD! IF A VEHICLE IS AT THE PROPERTY WITHOUT A PASS, IT IS SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED!!**
- Parking passes are on the kitchen counter inside the property.
- We do not suggest ordering packages to your unit. Many of the properties on Tybee Island do not receive mail delivery.
- For your safety and in compliance with city ordinances, PARTIES and GATHERINGS OVER THE MAXIMUM UNIT OCCUPANCY ARE PROHIBITED. All visiting guests must be reported and approved by the host.
- Property Trash Day is Monday and Thursday. We ask that you please remove all trash at the end of your stay and place it in the appropriate bin.
- Please load and start the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes at the end of your stay.
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am local time.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. If you are found to have a pet on the property without permission, an additional fee of $200 will be charged.
- Tybee is pay-to-park from 8 AM to 8 PM at $4.00/hr. EVERYWHERE. The easiest way to pay is to download the ParkTYB app.
- Please leave only your footprints and take only your trash.
- Removing live animals is not allowed.
- During Turtle nesting season, April- September, it is important you do not leave any holes in the sand. The little hatchlings get stuck in them on their way back to the ocean.
- No flashlights are allowed on the beach at night; only approved red lights are permitted.
- DO NOT approach a nest, or nesting turtle or hatchling!
