Great location close to beach access and food/shops. First floor access and parking was nice as well. Unit was clean and booking was convenient as well.
Our stay was great! The house was easy to access, right on the beach, had everything we needed, the host was very easy to communicate with and the house was SO clean! I am very picky about cleanliness, and I was very impressed with how clean the house was (specifically the floors!) we will stay here again!

Good location, needs update
Loved the location of this condo. Easy walk to the beach access just 1/2 block away. Loved hearing the waves from the deck. Wish the bedroom windows opened, too.Kitchen pretty well stocked for food prep. Appliances and tvs worked fine. Lots of unmatched dishes and such which is no big deal for us. Nice to have washer and dryer. Older furniture and the kitchen drawers are wonky. There were dust bunnies under the couch. We only used the king bed and it was comfortable. The walls and trim need some repairs and paint. Overall we relaxed and rested. We aren't fussy about the appearance but mention it for others yo consider.
The property itself was clean and as described! The real estate company responded to questions and concerns promptly. I was very disappointed that dogs are not allowed on the beach! This is a HUGE red flag for me. My 11 year old girl loves the ocean and didn’t get to see it this trip. That hurt. The worst part of the stay was the neighbors in 112A! They have a cowbell wind chime! The wind never stops, so our whole night was spent hearing this cowbell! It was a literal nightmare! My dog has Addison’s Disease. We try and keep her in a calm safe state at all times. She was terrified and shook almost the whole night. I gave her extra meds and downloaded the calm app to help drown the cowbell out. Sadly it had to be reset every hour to keep it playing. We went ahead and got up at 4 am. Trying to sleep was pretty useless. We had to wait on our son to get up at 6, to leave. The nights before this neighbor arrived were peaceful. I would rent with this company again, just not at this property with the neighbors and their cowbell!
the room was great with no issues. the property was convenient to everything we wanted to do. my only issue was there was no grill on the premises for us to be able to stay in and cook. we would definitely rent this again.
The place is right on the beach which would be perfect during late spring or summer. It easily fit 4 adults and a dog.. The beds and pillows were comfortable . A couple downsides- about every drawer (dressers, silverware, etc) fell out if pulled too far- over 4 inches. The master bathroom looked like it had had water damage but we didn’t have any problems. Lastly, I paid for the extra damage insurance because I brought a dog. On the pet information sheet, they said the damage insurance would not cover anything The dog did. I wish I’d known that before I paid for the insurance. We had a wonderful time there. I didn’t notify The management firm that there were issues and what they were. So, maybe they’ll fix them.
Needed a pandemic stress relief! The condo was clean, convenient to the beach and restaurants. Bottom floor condo which was perfect for my pups!

We recently stayed at this property for a family beach vacation. The location is great, within easy walking distance to excellent local restaurants and quick access to the beach by climbing up and down dunes. The home was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall setup worked well for our needs.That said, the property is definitely dated and could benefit from some updates, including fresh paint and minor wall repairs. Since it's managed by a travel agency rather than a private owner, it lacks some of the thoughtful, personal touches you might expect in a more personalized vacation rental.Communication was a mixed bag. The rental agency provided excellent instructions and information in advance; everything was laid out and easy to follow. However, when I had a few follow-up questions during our stay and reached out via text, I never received a response.One important note for future renters: beach erosion in this area is a significant issue. The closest public beach access point on 2nd Street was closed during our stay, and it looks like 3rd Street may be next. During high tide, there’s little to no beach available directly at this location. If beach time is your top priority, you may want to research current conditions or plan to walk a bit farther.Overall, we had a good stay, but we recommend future guests be aware of the evolving beach access situation when booking.
First time at Tybee , loved every minute ! This townhouse was clean, comfortable, and GREAT location. Oceanfront and easy parking. Would definitely recommend!
Nice property and exceptional location for Tybee Island. The unit is clean, roomy and homey. While we visited, Aug. 2021, there was extensive renovation being done to the façade of the complex both front and back ...and it needs it. While the unit itself was clean and well-kept, the outside (particularly the front) left something to be desired. There were indiscriminate pieces of debris from the renovations and also general detritus from beach chairs to ocean toys etc. strewn about. Some pieces of siding were missing as were handrails to the front of the unit. We were not informed of this renovation project until the day before our arrival and, even then it was only to alert us to the fact that our parking space may be taken by construction vehicles (it was not). Despite the negatives, the location, the interior of the unit and multitude of things to do in the area made the trip very enjoyable.
This is a very convenient condo steps from beach. If you spend allot of time on beach very easy to walk in and out of property to get drinks food etc. good set up with bed rooms and kitchen well equipped. Away from crowds on south end of island but walkable to good places to eat. Unit was clean and property manager responsive. However overall property location could use some cleaning up.
Great place for a family!! Perfect location. Steps to the beach and convenient for getting to Savannah as well. Stocked with all essential items. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We booked this condo at the last minute with the goal of wanting to be on the beach. Five steps off the deck take you right out to the beach with amazing views. We would definitely stay here again.
