Guests will enjoy amazing sunrises and breathtaking sunsets from the semi-private beach. The open living and dining area looks out to the balcony and is comfortably furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV/DVD. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and includes a dishwasher and a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat-screen TV, an adjoining primary bath with double vanity sinks and a whirlpool tub/shower, access to the balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with a King. Both baths have been updated with new vanities and fixtures. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking area - 1 assigned, and 1 unassigned. No pets. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas, tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex. Please Note: Ocean view from this unit may be partially obstructed by the beautiful, natural dunes that are protected by the U.S. Department of Natural Resources.
