“This stay was so great. It was easy to find, easy to get access, and most importantly- it was warm when it was super cold outside(single digits!). The home felt inviting and had all that we needed. Watching the stream from the kitchen window and outside was so magical. The worst part is that it was so cold outside and we couldn’t spend a ton of time out there. There wasn’t the fire place as listed, but there was a record player with good records that we enjoyed.Honestly, one of the better short……

“Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek. “The operator responded promptly to communications and was helpful and cordial. The house was clean, neat, cozy, and homey. Not elegant, but casual, relaxed and family style. Just right for us. If I go up that way again, I will definitely stay there. As a matter of fact, knowing that place is there makes it more likely I will return and spend more time there.
