"This is not in a family friendly area. Travelers beware at night there is prostition, drug selling and other activities just blocks and in front of the hotel. As a grandmother seeking a safe and family oriented environment. Raring is 0 I am glad I only stayed overnight because of the night activity that surrounded the hotel.made it impossible to go without being exposed to immoral activities. If you have children this is not the hotel for. When my family and I arrived in our room there was a Waterbury in the bathroom on its back. Told the front desk my husband I stepped and came back. The Waterbury was still in the room. My husband had to dispose of it."

"The breakfast was delicious with foods varying day to day. The breakfast staff Rosa and Gustavo ensured it was clean and well equipped. There is no self-parking. To park, you must pay valet. We had difficulty using our key card to access the pool and needed assistance. The scale in the weight room did not work. Hotel was easy to commute to from the bus station and near by to attractions like the water taxi and aquarium. The hotel offered room maintenance every other day which is understandable. However, on our cleaning day, the room attendant only replaced the towels. She did not make our beds or remove all the garbage or replace the body wash. Worse part was when we heard the room attendant complain about how people do not leave tips for the service she provides. We complained to the desk about the room and someone came to take the garbage and gave us a body wash bottle for us to replace in the shower."

"We had a great stay overall! Anna did wonderful with the breakfast! The AC was not working well in our room or the hallway. When told to the front they did not seem to care and said it was due to being on a higher floor. Floor 2 guest also complained about being too hot. Yet the lobby was very comfortably air conditioned. Our room would not go below 74°, which made it difficult to sleep. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Would stay here again but would need a fan if it’s hot again."
