We had a wonderful stay at Gdas Wellness resort. It was a very peaceful retreat, with excellent facilities, vegan food and friendly, attentive staff. We stayed at the prestigious 2 bedroom villa which had a fantastic pool and was very tranquil. We booked excursions through the hotel which was easy and efficient. Would highly recommend this resort for restorative, health and wellbeing.

The property was amazing . From the incredible staff to the immaculately landscaped grounds it was very very impressive. The chef and the food was incredible, expertly prepared, presented and bursting with flavor. It is a vegan menu but I am not vegan and I may be converted! The owners' vision and execution of their dream is simply extraordinary.A sweet spirit of the Balinese people permeates the culture there at the resort and the result is a cool vibe that is as infectious as it is relaxing . Stay here you will not regret it , and like us , you will return. Five stars plus in my book!

Close to Ubud but out of the way so more peaceful. A really nice hotel super friendly staff and a destination in itself. Main issue for us was no construction or other noise so really appreciated the break from the noise in other areas as construction is a big problem in Bali if u want peace but this hotel was really great and we had a great relaxing break

Gdas is strange - the main pool, sauna etc is open to the public as is the gym. There is a small resident’s pool but they also have big parties staying so that can be busy. We stayed at weekend and there was two pool parties effectively making the main pool, sauna etc out of bounds. That is not 5 star for me. Also for some reason guys in the gym like to be topless sweating all over the place - this should be stopped for hygiene reason. Our room (pool villa) was great - as where the staff who obviously are used to these issues being raised - some folk (tik tokkers etc) would love Gdas - we loved some of it but could be so much more tranquil and advertised as a vegan well being place we were surprised by what we experienced.

Room was beautiful with a garden view and in earshot of the pool and the DJ. One afternoon I was sleeping and the DJ woke me up with an amazing set. I danced outside in my robe while the ladies at the pool encouraged me to join them lol! It was a good time! The biohacking facility was good and the Bath area was fantastic. The hotel is connected to a gym and pool.resort club but there is a separate area just for hotel guests. The vegan fare was ok with breakfasts being my best meals! Overall it was a great stay and I even met Russell Simmons after his hot yoga session! Would stay again and recommend!

This was an exceptional stay from the moment we arrived. For Ubud, this is really a special hotel. It is quiet, tranquil. With delicious vegan food and great facilities to swim, relax and have the amazing time. The hotel has 3 saunas, 2 pools, 2 cold plunge pools… The staff was very attentive and offered us welcoming and caring service throughout our stay.
