From the time you arrive you are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff were always smiling and greeting you by name most of the time. I had the massage and it was wonderful. I highly recommend.

Kastara Resort was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, the management ran everything seamlessly, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. Everything about this hotel I loved. Breakfast, gym, yoga, the staff. Loved everything. The hotel room smelled really good and it was clean. The kimono in the room as well as slippers were welcome additions. I also enjoyed the live entertainment at dinner. My twin sister and I celebrated our birthday here and it was everything. There was no conditioner and I needed to request it. But because the hotel was so beautiful, that didn’t affect me. Just go ahead and book!

We stayed at Kastara Resort for 8 days to celebrate our ten-year anniversary, and it was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine care. Every day the staff went above and beyond—checking in on us, helping with drivers and excursions, and making us feel so supported. One of the most magical moments was the breathtaking flower pool my husband surprised me with—it was something we had never seen before, and swimming in flowers felt like a dream. The resort was beautiful and spotless, with delicious food, live music, and cultural dance that made every evening special. We loved our private pool villa, the thoughtful touches like tea and water refills, and the sense of peace throughout the property. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet hôtel. Au cœur de la jungle et pas loin du centre d’Ubud, cet hôtel est une véritable perle rare. Les chambres avec piscine sont magnifiques et offrent une superbe vue sur la jungle. Il y a un chemin de randonnée qui mène au centre de l’hôtel qui est à faire pour apprécier les boutiques d’arts et les restaurants aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux et la carte du restaurant est variée. Le personnel est très sympathique et était très attentionné par rapport à toutes nos demandes durant notre séjour. Et une mention spéciale à Wira pour sa gentillesse et ses connaissances sur Bali ( et son don en photographie ☺️) lors d’un day Trip dans Ubud. Nous remercions aussi Mirna et Parwati pour le massage qui était très relaxant et nous a fait beaucoup de bien.

Can't explain myself enough on how incredible our 10 day honeymoon at this resort was. It was beyond beautiful, pictures before seeing it did not do it justice. We were in absolute awe upon arrival. They greeted us with a delicious tea in sandwich since we arrived at midnight and were very tired and jet lagged. The decorated our rooms beautifully for our honeymoon. Everything about our time here 10/10. We wanted/needed for absolutely nothing. We felt like a king and queen! The views were breathtaking and when you add in the fact that their food was AMAZING, the best massages of our lives, and the staff provided the best service top down throughout our entire stay. They have true gratitude that you are there and they make it known. Don't skip the delicious Hibachi dinner which must be scheduled in advance. We are coming back next year without question! There are tons of resorts in Ubud, but this is by far the best. BOOK IT!

This is a beautiful hotel in Ubud. The flower bed decorations are incredible. The staff is wonderful and the food is really good. It’s the perfect combination of nature and elegance.
