"My experience with the staff is excellent. They know their job and they are very friendly. So generally, my experience with the staff from the reception to the breakfast, gym etc was excellent. The only bad experience was the noise I experienced the first night, Saturday the 17th. There was a live band that played till a few minutes after 11pm and they stopped the live band but continued with other music until I called for my room to be changed that night but there was no room available. "the room fridge was not working. The Room AC was difficult to operate and shut off twice in the middle of the night. The TV was not easy to operate. Only had sound but no picture. The water faucet in the shower was stuck on very hot water and ended up taking a cold shower. "
