“This lovely apartment is in a perfect location - just minutes from everything. The angle of the short set of stairs was a challenge at first but we quickly got used to them. The kitchen and living areas were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet with comfy beds. It was fun being in the middle of everything in Orvietto. The host's communication was great as well. We'll stay there again for our next visit. ”

“Avoid this place at all costs! These are the rudest and most inconsiderate people you could ever encounter. My train from Venice was delayed for an hour, which caused me to miss my connection in Florence and arrive two hours late. Even though I informed them about the situation and the trouble we were going through, they called me disrespectful, canceled my reservation as a “no-show,” and charged me a penalty — leaving me, my husband, and my son stranded in the middle of nowhere without a place……

“The host was a bit grumpy. Two bath towels provided for 8 days for two people. No bath soap, shampoo, which became a non-issue because even I, at 5'2", 105 pounds, didn't fit in the bagno, itself accessible by several sets of stairs. My husband at 6'3," 200 lbs, literally gave up and used the McDonald's bagno 20 min. away. It was well-located as a base of operations, with a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside. No coffee pot. ”

Colazione e cena con prodotti di qualità, sempre freschi e soprattutto ben cucinati. Andate a trovare Alessio e la sua famiglia perché non ve ne pentirete. Grazie di tutto, Antonio, Giulia e Moka. ”

“The beds were extremely comfortable… pillows too. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was easy, fast, and reliable. Everything we needed was there.”

“We DO NOT recommend this property. It is dirty with cobwebs, dirt on the floor, dirty windows, mold on the walls and in the refrigerator. The bathroom had stains. The shower was filthy. The toilet was almost impossible to want to use. We almost purchased a flea bomb because we felt we were getting bit.”
