The food was great (I ate at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast station downstairs). Everything was amazing and I will definitely be coming back when I return to Osaka. "

"The hotel was really nice and the rooms as well as bathroom were spacious. There were a lot of amenities and room service was great without fail everyday. The area was close to a station but there wasn’t much to do around there. The staff were very kind and helpful when asking for directions or holding luggage. They provided free water and there was a restaurant in the hotel but we did not eat there. There was also a small 7 eleven and grocery store nearby. One thing was that there was a window...

"The hotel by itself is amazing. Very clean and staff were very accomodating. No complaints whatsoever. Accessibility wise, it would be nice if the duration of shuttle bus service to Umeda station was extended instead of last bus at 630pm. It would also be great if we’re able to get the airport limousine buses to drop by the hotel instead of having to go to Herbis to get it. "

"Conveniently located hotel, but room was very small and hotel was in need of a general freshen up. A bit tired. Have stayed in the Hotel Granvia Kyoto which was in much better shape. Breakfast buffet was excellent!"

"My favorite hotel in Osaka, I stay here every time now. There is a Fantastic food court in Osaka station that’s only a five minute walk. The hotel is New York style, elegant 1930s. So many transportation, opportunities, quiet area. But connected to everything."
