"Check in went smoothly with friendly and efficient staff. The property looked new or newly renovated. It was bright, clean, well let. The room was well appointed, beautiful, bright, clean, and spacious. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe. The staff even offered a coupon for a free appetizer at a restaurant I asked about. 5 stars plus!!"

"Had several problems. Really poor breakfast! Not much there and they were out of several things they were supposed to have. Another customer ran out of toilet paper, and when they went to the front desk they didn’t have any more…gave them a box of Kleenex! Side door wouldn’t latch securely, but when it finally did, it wouldn’t open, creating a serious safety hazard, which they know about but obviously hadn’t bothered to fix. Then there was the jackhammering at the construction site next door that began at 6:52 am. Pre-check in worked well. Pool was nice and warm. Rooms and facilities were clean. Towels were rather spartan. Just a great experience. "

"We had a delightful stay. This was our favorite lodging of our trip. Quiet, clean, spacious, real dishes. Hot oatmeal with many add-ins available. Real effort to eliminate waste— even the yoghurt came from a dispenser and not little plastic containers. I notice and appreciate these efforts!"

"Clean hotel. Friendly staff. They are renovating the lobby and breakfast area but we’re still able to serve a decent breakfast in two rooms that they converted to serve breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay there again. "

"Staff at front desk were great, my only complaint was no milk for 2 days and no working coffee machine for 2 days, had to go buy our own milk "

"Ours was a last minute, late check in, but we were not met with any hostility. Everyone was super kind and the lady at the front desk didnt question my aimless wandering for the ice machine, she just helped me haha. There was a huge free breakfast that generously ends at 1030, and the room was nice and clean! My only two complaints were that the bathroom floor felt oddly greasy on my feet? and our AC would not stay on constant fan. Other than those two small things, i loved this placed and absolutely would not mind returning. PS the pool is nice AND heated :)"
