“It had antiques all over on all floors. It was extremely nice with a large bathroom. Everything was more than I expected except it stated breakfast provided but you only get $5 each voucher for restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, only one of those restaurants was open the morning we were leaving. It didn't work out well for us and I wish we had know ahead of time. So no breakfast included!! $5 did not buy breakfast anywhere so saying breakfast provided, is not correct! But I still……

“The pictures on here are no where close to what it actually looks like. There were cockroachs in the room, hair on the fitted sheet, the last occupants paperwork still on the table, food left on the TV stand, fridge was disgusting, the walk to the room was horrible, the whole place smelled like mold and wet carpet. We stayed a total of 30 minutes before we walked the key back and left. I wouldn't recommend that place to a homeless person. They need to be shut down.”

“The locals say the hotel is under new management, and has gone down in all quality. It was raining when I arrived but the pool appeared to be well maintained, the desk clerk was respectful and helpful enough although most places in this town apparently close on monday. I had ordered a room with a king bed and hot tub, both were there, functional, the TV was a ROKU, difficult enough but functional. Now for the downside The room smelled of cat urine, it was strong enough that I could not and did……

“After traveling 12 hours, we received a call from the hotel just minutes before arrival asking if we would switch from a double queen room we had reserved to a king room. I explained that we specifically needed the double queen room and was told there had been an "incident" and there was no choice. When we arrived about 5 minutes later, we were then told we had to wait another 30 minutes because the room needed to be cleaned--even though it was already 9 PM and we were exhausted. “The rooms were clean.... because they appeared to newly renovated, no phone in the room no amenities information booklets The day staff barely spoke English he communicated with shurgs and I don't know the day shift staff pretended you weren't in the room spent more time looking at his laptop cameras Ice machine non functional Washer and Dryer non functional Vending Machines non functional Stayed 3 days not offered new linens or towels Breakfast was a joke they offered coffee, waffle batter,……

“Bed was clean and neet bathroom sink clean bathroom clean except the walls . Walls in both rooms had what looked like food stains to the point I took photos as to not be charged like we had done that .one wall had sheet rick knocked off on a corner . What I felt like was not up to code was , no vent fan in the bathroom!! Seriously ? No vent fat !”
