「When we arrived in our room it had a bad odor. While I do know this room was only $70 I did not expect there to be this many problems. The blinds did not wrap around the window so people in the parking lot could see you. The sheets were torn and we had to get new ones. The over head sprinkler was leaking and they had paper towel shoved in there to absorb the water. The shower head was leaking. And the shower curtain wasnt long enough so all the water was going out of the shower flooding the...

「My bed was so comfortable. I haven’t slept this good in a while. Breakfast was ok. Parking was was safe. I would stay here again」

「The staff was real helpful. The phone wasn't working in our room. Someone came and fixed it right away. If you are a coffee drinker, beware there is only a small one cup pot in the room. No problem with parking, there was plenty. The food was ok, we ate there a couple of days, but then we started going across the road from us from to the waffle house. We would stay there again, if in the area.」

「We had an excellent stay! Everything was so close and we were able to walk everywhere and did not run out of things to do for the two days we were there. If I had any suggestion at all…. Clearer instructions about parking! It was fine once we figured it out but there were a few worried moments to get to the answer. Would stay there again!」

「The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad...

「I paid for two rooms for them to be right next to each other months ago and when I made it to the room my rooms where way separate from each other it was way too much walking. The water in one of the rooms didn’t get cold」

「We had a night stay on our way to Florida and this was very clean, BF was very good. Liked the place. Bit pricey but felt good staying here.」

「Great location. Plenty to do within walking distance. central location to Gatlinburg and Severville. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a riverfront room with a balcony. Great for coffee in the morning and to unwind in the evening. Only thing I missed was a place for breakfast at the resort. There is a Starbucks on property if that works for you. I have dietary remand they had nothing I could eat. Overall I loved the resort and would definitely stsy again」
