「This cabin is set in a private remote area with 3 other cabins. Construction is beautiful and layout easy for handicapped people. The owner encouraged us to invite family over as the owners provide a firepit and wood. Very clean and quiet. I highly recommend Riversong cabins to everyone needing a little respite from the world. Remote but close enough to stores and restaurants if needed. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Will definitely stay here again.」

They left flowers, champagne and some delicious cookies for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to bring our 2 dogs and had lots of fun walking the property. 「Our experience was very disappointing for several reasons: The bedrooms did not have available closets; all of them were locked. The pool was closed, which significantly affected our stay. We were not informed that the wind in the area was extremely strong. When we turned on the outdoor fire pit, within 10 minutes the chairs caught fire. Just what we needed for our annual trip to drive to mtns to pick out and purchase a Christmas tree from a choose and cut tree farm, plus get some xmas shopping done in West Jefferson NC and drove to the town of Sparta and also drove through stone mtn state park to see Widow falls and seen some deer also. it was a bit cold so we did not use the grill but the grill was actually cleaner than most other cabins we have been in but could use new burner covers and grease from bottom...

「Everything about the house was cozy and amazing. We had some issues come up with the house but the host were responsive and took care of the issues quickly. The only things we disliked were zero curtains in the bedroom area (that sun is BRIGHT at 7am) and there is a work garage behind the house that isnt shown in pics that had people continuously in and out driving by all weekend. We definitely plan to return in the future! 」
