「The elevator was out of order, the pool was closed and so was the exercise room. They originally gave me a room on the 2nd floor but I have trouble with stairs, they did accommodate me with a ground floor room.」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」
