"I and a lot of my people paid extra for the full breakfast, there was no breakfast and honored the voucher with an egg sandwich, I asked for oatmeal or a piece of fruit no can do. You have restaurant and don’t use to make you money. Bad business! Bad management! Rooms were spotless. It a shame. No coffee in lobby or urn of coffee , no cups.broken coffee machines and broken hair dryers. So security is good. So if you don’t care about creature comforts, it was clean but don’t expect a courtyard experience and for the price and added breakfast fees, 18 per meal , really I would go somewhere they don’t claim amenities, that they don’t have. The price would have been 200.00 less and I would have no expectations."

"Breakfast was fresh but wished there was variety as it was the same breakfast back to back. Parking garage was a lit tin inconvenient because you had to get the opener from front desk and you had to return it every time after you parked "

"Top floor view was nice, property is somewhat aged with some signs of wear but staff is nice and accommodating and location is central. "

"Parking was free and convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I can say that the location was always 10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be. Just a few things that need improvement: the room was really dark (even with all the lights on), they don’t make your bed at all (which was very odd to me), and our room key wouldn’t work consistently (we had to get a new one 3-4 times)."

"I’ve been having work done on my house for several years as I can afford to have it done. This Hotel is my go to when contractors have the house torn up. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and more importantly the Stsff at this location is just awesome. Friendly and always go out of their way to be accommodating when they can. Really can’t say enough nice things about them. "

"A very good price for a very clean room in a very nice part of Portland! It's not your typical hotel, with rooms across the street from the lobby, and the parking is a little weird. But comfortable bed and a great area of town to stay in. I was just there for a night."
