"All inclusive available . Beach is public . Shout out to Slice pizza, Ms.Laurel was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of ! Also Ms.Julianna ( near check in) with the activities , etc very informative, sweet and always had a friendly smile ! :)"

"We had an absolute blast during our stay here. You couldn't ask for a better spot in Philipsburg, steps from the sand and right on the boardwalk made exploring, and relaxing on the beach amazing.The condo was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and provided everything we needed for the week. Our host was exceptional, super responsive, welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Maarten!"

"If you are driving yourself and not being dropped off, it's a bit of a nightmare. You must first call the hotel so they can let down a chain for you to park your vehicle. They then give you a remote control to open and close a gate that's a short walk away from the hotel. The room wasn't bad. There were a few dead palmetto bugs in my room. Water pressure at this location is insane. some of the best on the planet in my opinion. bed was firm but comfy. the room got very cold in the bedroom, but stayed hot as can be in the bathroom. All that said, the location is great. The people at the hotel are friendly, and I would stay here again."

"Convenient location, affordable room supplied with comfortable beds and thick, fluffy towels. Trade-offs: The wifi is slow, and the walls do not cancel ambient street noise including a very vocal rooster. Thinking of it as charm rather than annoyance helps."

"For a project in town I was looking for an accommodation in the town and at walking distance from my project and the ferry (I live on 1 of the neighbouring islands). Alicia's Inn is perfectly located, not only for those who want to be in town but conveniently (very) close to the "dollar busses" which can take you to places like the airport, Marigot and French Quarter. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of Back Street, it is a calm and clean haven with super friendly and helpful staff, offering just everything you need. Highly recommended!"

"Great stay at this condo! Beautiful spot right on the beach near the west end of the Great Bay beach. The condo was very clean and in great condition inside and out. Communications, check in/out were quick and easy. Many of the shops and restaurants cater to the cruise ship crowds and close down late afternoon as the ships depart. Chesterfields and the Greenhouse off the east end of the beach were reliably open late. Also, there's good locally brewed beer at the Dutch Blond Beach Bar and Restaurant.This is definitely a place worth coming back to!"

"Our host, Robin, was fantastic and met us to tour the premises even though flights and arrival were late. The house is spectacularly situated and we had views from every room. Our family group of 12 of all ages had an amazing time and there was space for everyone. It is a challenging drive to get there since roads on St Martin aren’t the best but we got used to it. Beaches abound and we went to a different one just about every day and spent plenty of time in our gorgeous pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and we cooked almost every night. Bathrooms were plentiful, almost one to each bedroom. We thought we were in paradise, the weather perfect each day and it was hard to leave. Thank you for everything! "
