“Hotel très agréable, au bord de l'eau. Il n'est pas loin de plusieurs restaurants, et il est tout à fait possible de rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Belle décoration et un personnel très sympathique.”

“It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.”

“这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。”

“I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.”

“Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while……

“The owner, the staff, the location, and the rental unit were all fantastic. Having the lagoon right next to the lanai was so nice. Everything worked very well, the kitchen was even stocked with pots, pans, dishes, everything needed and all of it very useable and in working order. Even a French press. Super. “Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with……

“I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.”
