「We had a lovely stay at the Bell Inn. Had booked the super duper room and were very pleased with it. Everything we needed was there and in a beautiful, fresh space.」

「Our stay was only for one night but it was pleasant. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. The only minus in our room was no biscuits on the tea/coffee tray:-( Parking was not a problem on site. All in all would recommend and we will definitely use it again when visiting family in the area.」

「Reception staff were great. Pulled all the stops out so I could have a room in a location I requested. Areas of the hotel were going through maintenance and decorating but caused NO disruption to guests. The car park is gated with access code that changes daily to exit it. The only 2 criticisms I can say. 1 is delivery drivers making a hell of a lot of noise outside the front of the hotel when delivering drinks and snacks. The other is the car parking charge. £5 a night. That doesn't bother...

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!」

「We had an excellent experience. The staff provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my parents' anniversary feel truly special by beautifully decorating the room. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only disappointment was that the steam room was not working during our visit, which was a shame as we had been looking forward to using it. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the care...

「No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about. I only ate half the breakfast, and I was only offered the cooked breakfast (with some fruit and toast). Bed...
