“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Hotel staff is nice. Few station by metro to city Center and to MOC. Self check-in. So must remember to register before check-in to get QR code for entrance. ”

“We have arrived after 5 pm nobody was there and didn’t answer our call and emergency calls was in duech language and we have waited more than one hour till got the help from german guys and we reserved this area with air condition but it doesn’t have any air condition and we had a very bad experience in this hotel”

“I don know how this place has a 7/10 our stay was alright the bed was good and we were able to cook meals. But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. But other than that I didn’t hear anything from them and the smell continued to exist. It was so bad. Like I can’t explain how bad it smelled. Also the overall security and safety of the building is pretty concerning. The front door is either wide open or completely……

“El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila muy cerca del centro. Lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar exactamente a la hora del Check in 15:00pm estaban haciendo la limpieza, por lo que esperamos 10mn más, pero al entrar el cuarto tenia un olor a trapo sucio, como sino hubieran limpiado bien y la tasa del baño se veía amarillenta. No había clima en la habitación, solo dejaron un ventilador, considerando que son 2 habitaciones y que somos una familia de 5 si hizo falta uno más .”

“Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit. Wäre noch ein Wasserkocher da gewesen, wäre es wirklich so gut wie perfekt. Danke dafür”

“Eigentlich ein gutes Angebot. Aber leider war das Waschbecken an der Kante beschädigt, im Bad fanden wir tote Insekten, es gab keine Handtuchhalter. Schön wäre auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank, gerade im Sommer. Grundsätzlich geht das Einchecken einfach, aber die Anleitung zum Öffnen der Zimmertüre ist m.E. unklar. Schade, das Konzept ist gut, aber es fehlt halt doch "das Auge des Herrn".”
