“Brera is a basic clean room with a kitchenette. Don’t expect anything fancy, but the price is right. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a terrace and they provided fans which made a lot of noise. The negatives are it looks very old. The TV looks really antique and does not have netflix or any streaming content. Only german channels. The washing and drying costs money and we need to go to the basement. So, a mild inconvenience. The stove was rather funky to turn on, but it worked……

“Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was……

“對面有個鐘，15分鐘敲一次。晚上很多年輕人嬉鬧，喝酒。門面很多垃圾，尤其草皮。其他內部清潔都還很不錯，公寓都是香香的味道，可能是洗衣房飄出來的味道。”

“Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird……
