“Amazing charming cottage perfectly located right in the middle of bourton on the water. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and it was perfect for us. Everything walking distance. The property was wonderful, the sliding door in the kitchen onto the patio and back garden is awesome. Freddie was a great host and would reccomend staying here to anyone that wants an unforgettable Cotswolds vacation !”

“Sweet historic little cottage with precious garden, modern kitchen and comfy bed. Stairs are very narrow if you have mobility issues. Bring a sleeping mask as one room is very bright in the morning, due to skylights that make the room cheerful. Had trouble finding it because google map is incorrect. It is located on a very very narrow alleyway and the ivy covered fence has no signage on the outside! You open the green gate in the midst of the ivy covered fence! Lovely spot. Hope to return soon!”

“Location was perfect. Just off the high street so loads of pubs and eateries very nearby. House was a great size for us. 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and open plan living dining and kitchen area. Parking for 3 cars just outside the front door. ”

“Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again.
