「Place was run by Clowns. Sent me to my room and the door wouldn’t open, the safety bar was engaged. Carried my luggage back downstairs and they wanted to see for themselves. Took luggage back upstairs so they could go back downstairs and get a card key to another room. TV remote wasn’t working. Notice on screen said to contact front desk if not working. They sent someone up who was eating a snack from a bag. Very unprofessional. They told me people steel the TV remotes so they don’t work and...

「One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The staff in not helpful, The staff asked for the deposit in cash when I asked for the receipt she said she will not give any receipt so I asked that I will do the card and she said she cant do that and an argument happened for an 20mins, there are no amenities for us to use. The bathroom is the worst ever, There are stains all over the bed. Drugs usage all over the building, we vacated the hotel and moved to a good hotel next door. I want my refund...
