「Last minute booking, went smoothly, had a hard time with room key card ( room 111). Kept clicking and blinking green, but door knob wouldn’t budge. Desk clerk said to pull door tight and push down hard on the handle. Wasn’t a solution. Just kept playing with it until the door handle finally moved. Same issue in the morning after I returned from getting breakfast. Big king bedroom , quiet and dark as you want it to be for sleeping!」

I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked.
