"No staff and i was stressing out when i made to eisei stay instead of nishi one. The name of the two hotel were a little confusing but i get it.
Thank god figured it out and successfully checked in.

"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches.
