「Elizabeth was very easy to talk too. Very fast and friendly. The place was big, but strangely made. The beds were comfortable but the pillows need improvement. The pillows seemed like they were put together. It doesn’t have elevator which I knew but the neighbor came out and yelled at us for making noise while taking our luggage upstairs. It’s basically a garage converted into a unit. It was very cold, they had a small heater but still was cold. The place was clean. 」

「The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. However, if you ignore the above negatives, the breakfast was good with sufficient variety of food. In addition, they have gym and meeting rooms which I did not expect a 3 star hotel to have.
