“sitting by the river was very peaceful and the hot tube in the room was much needed relaxing time also the staff was amazing and breakfast being delivered right to our cabin made it fill a lot more like vacation the just a getaway it was the perfect way to spend are 13-year anniversary ”

“A unique Utah experience. Really glad we did this. The wind was really loud in the night which of course isn’t the properties fault. They did provide earplugs though which helped a lot. Wished I’d stayed longer than a night to really soak up the experience.”

“We would stay here over and over again. The place is super cute, cozy, clean, western. Every room has a balcony and fireplace. Great for a quick getaway. The restaurant is pretty good, a little overpriced but good. ”

“My husband had an amazing stay at Ulum. The staff was awesome, the location was beautiful and the tent was perfect (clean, hot water to shower daily, etc. - all as advertised). The restaurant was great - food was delicious and the nightly smores were a hit. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about this place. We both highly recommend it! :)”

“Bryce Under Canvas is an incredible and unique experience. Absolutely love it here. Lanterns, fireplace, comfy beds, and such helpful staff. At night, enjoyed meeting like minded, wonderful people around the fire. Headed to bed with a hot water bottle to warm up our bed! Only 15min drive to Bryce Canyon and staff are excited to help you plan your hikes. Will definitely return.”

“Nice place in a cute village. We had problems with our door code at check in but the owners responded quickly and it was fixed. We didn't have time to explore the facilities, but the property was cute. The only improvement would be the bed. We liked the mattress itself, but it was sloped down at the head. We would stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have found a better place for our family reunion. The home was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out—there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. With multiple comfortable bedrooms, everyone from the grandparents to the kids had a place to relax.The kids loved the playground and had a blast running around the spacious yard with a gorgeous view of Bear Lake.
