The hotel has no lift, so had to drag my 50 pounds heavy suitcase up the stairs, go through two sets of tunnels until I reached my room. And then you have a even bigger surprise. “The rooms need a facelift. Carpet is old and stained and smelly. Rooms smell . Spiderwebs throughout baseboard at corners of rooms, under HVAC, mice droppings under pull out sofa. Not a good experience. I expect more from a Hilton property.”
