Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, terrible rental. Water for entire house turned off every half hour during stay and control panel had to be reset each time (including mid-shower). Management blamed owner and both were unresponsive. Still fighting with them over price adjustment.

The place is awesome! I brought my family and grandkids! Beautiful view of Vail mountain. We were fortunate to see the fireworks New Years Eve. The house is well maintained and plenty of space. The furnishings are more than what you would expect from a high-end mountain house. Parking was a little tight but once you got the hang of it, no problem. My son-in law had a large mini van and we had no issues. I would not bring a full size suv or truck. The host reached out multiple times but we had no issues so we didn’t speak other than letting them know everything was great. I highly recommend this place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was great. Our only issue was that our car did not fit in the driveway. We booked it as a group of 6. On the VRBO ad, it did not highlight that the house could not accommodate a full size SUV. I had to park on the street and got two parking tickets. Doesn't seem right that I have to pay these fines when I had no idea our car could not fit in the garage.
