"Stunning Boutique Hotel- Deborah and the rest of the staff were warm, super helpful, and very attentive to every need. 20/10 - this is a jewel in Zermatt with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Our room was outfitted with a sauna, modern furnishings and a bath tub looking out to nature’s gifts! The restaurant and the in house dining was also delectable! Chefs kiss!!! I want to keep it a secret but also have to let you know its top tier! We wil definitely be back! "

"Honestly this hotel was a HUGE surprise. I was not expecting it to be SO big and so very well equipped! Honestly it's the perfect place to stay in Zermatt. It's very close to the train, literally around the corner. The entrance is hard to find since it's so big, so just got up the stairs and walk into the doors that say Restaurant. "We arrived early and they were really accommodating to get our room ready. Room was spacious and clean. Would have liked a fridge but being really picky. Only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast was nice and offered choice. Staff were friendly asking for directions. Free laundry which was an added bonus! The rooftop terrace was nice but couldn't enjoy due to the weather (raining)"
