Description of the gîte:
Accessed by two glazed doors from the courtyard, this rose themed charming gîte features terracotta tiled floors. The open-plan bedroom offers a double bed, stone fireplace, central heating radiator, and a built-in consumer unit cupboard. It leads to a compact kitchen fully equipped with a sink, storage cupboards, central heating radiator, and electric wall heater. An en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, built-in hand basin, inset mirror, central heating radiator, and a small oval window completes this delightful unit.


Description of the whole property:
La Soliniere is a large house and outbuildings arranged around a secure central courtyard. There is a large park area spanning an impressive 1.25 hectares (3.10 acres) accessed through wrought iron gates. Set in the park is a small lake with ducks, fishes and turtles.

The Courtyard: This stunning Charentaise-style courtyard forms the heart of the domain, centred around a beautiful stone fountain. Large heavy wooden gates lead to the road, while ornate metal gates under a stone arch provide access to the main driveway. The courtyard offers access to the grounds, pool, and pétanque court, with stone planting troughs.

Swimming Pool - A security-fenced and gated swimming pool patio area surrounds the freshwater heated pool (9m x 4m / 36.00m²).

The Sauna and Jacuzzi Room features glazed double doors, large sliding windows, wooden slatted flooring, a large inset heated Jacuzzi, a timber-built sauna, and a sitting area.
