An Unexpected Turn

The property that was listed was great. Unfortunately, prior to our arrival we were notified that the shower was not draining properly and that it needed to be fixed. We did not feel comfortable with someone entering without us being there and so scheduling someone to come onsite would have taken away from out vacation. Not sure why this was not resolved prior to check in. We ended up having a shower that would flood the first two day and had major clean ups to do ourselves. I then took it upon myself to figure out how to get the water to drain. Other than that, location was great, place was clean and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Decent All Around

The location is close to the beach and a grocery as well as some restaurants.There were some ups and downs such as the property management worked with us to get in early but then was an hour late meeting with us. The shower was backed up and they said they'd send someone but were three hours late so we fixed it ourselves. The door locked behind us while a key was in the slot and they hired a locksmith to get back in but again were an hour late in meeting us and were not transparent about the cost before services. The shower head was taped to the wall and came off during our stay and I had to email about it multiple times. Overall it's a decent place and the property management worked with us to resolve most issues but far from timely. The floor wasn't swept before we arrived and the cleaner arrived before our check out time.
