Fantastic location in a wonderful city!

A wonderful, bright apartment in a spectacular, bustling location. Easy access to restaurants, walking/bike paths and shopping. Communication with the host was excellent.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

Perfect location in the heart of El Carmen with easy access to everything historic Valencia has to offer. The historic building is on a busy square next to the tower so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs might be handy. The apartment is clean and spacious and had the basic amenities for a comfortable week long stay. The host Orinda is a great communicator and very responsive to any requests or needs.

Perfekte Lage mitten im Stadtleben.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man für eine Woche Urlaub benötigt. Sehr schön sind die großen Balkontüren rundum, durch die man einen schönen Blick auf den Platz und die Seranotürme hat. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Tunriapark sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Heerlijke locatie

Fijn appartement. Alles schoon. Fijn dat er zoveel ramen zijn, hierdoor kan het doorwaaien als het warm is. Het lawaai van het plein in de avond viel ons erg mee. Fijn dat je niet direct een ander gebouw aan de overkant hebt, een geweldig uitzicht dus over het plein en de straat. Het bed is breder dan lijkt op de foto’s. Appartement is zeker aan te raden. Zeker voor 2 personen!

Near the old Torres fort an wall, beautiful walk to the Cathedral to see Christ's Chalice and the Mercado Central, this was a terrific stay and I'd rent this large home again!!! Thank you so so much for your hospitality!

ENJOYED THOROUGHLY!

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia so much! The apartment was so convenient and in a nice location. Even though there were people and noise in the streets below, we were able to sleep with no problem. The only thing that was a challenge was we had a rental car and finding a parking spot was very difficult and nothing was close. I would recommend not having a rental car when staying at this location. Otherwise, kudos to the owners!

Appartement dans la vielle ville agréable

Appartement agréable, tout peut se faire à pied pour un court séjour. Restaurants et pub à 1km aux alentours sauront vous satisfaire. Par contre gros point noir… le bruit. Rue très passante et les vieilles fenêtres font que des le matin 6h vous entendez camions, voisins, passants et même le dimanche. Pas super reposant.

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung lag im historischen Stadtzentrum somit konnte alles fußläufig oder mit Bus erreicht werden. Im Sommer sollte man bedenken, dass die Wohnung über keine Klimaanlage verfügt und es sehr heiß wird. Wir wurden vorab darüber informiert, haben es aber unterschätzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben alle Fragen beantwortet und viele Tipps zwecks Restaurants,.. geschickt. Tolle Wohnung und tolle Stadt!!

Magnifique appartement au centre de Valence

Magnifique appartement lumineux, propre et très bien équipé. Emplacement parfait dans le quartier del Carmen proche des sites touristiques, commerces, bars et restaurants. Bonne communication avec Orlinda. Seul bémol : l'absence de climatisation. Il fait très chaud à Valence en été ! Mais la présence de plusieurs ventilateurs aident à mieux supporter la chaleur. Je recommande cet appartement pour découvrir Valence

Great place to stay in Valencia!

Great location. Very clean. Lots of natural light with the several balconies. A bit noisy well into the night given the location, but well worth it. Good communication with hosts. All we could ask for. Would definitely stay again.

Mitten im Leben

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im beliebten Stadtviertel El Carmen mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Torres del Serranos, und wenn man aus der Wohnung kommt, steht man mitten im Leben. Läden, Bars, Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle mit sehr guter Anbindung (u.a. zum Flughafen oder Strand) sozusagen ums Eck, einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, war tipptopp sauber, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an total zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Highlight sind die sieben Balkone der Wohnung, allein das Wohnzimmer verfügt über vier. Wer allerdings unbedingt Wert auf ruhige Nächte legt, ist hier an der falschen Adresse. Trubel bis spät in die Nacht gehört zu diesem Viertel mit seinen engen Gässchen einfach dazu. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin lief per WhatsApp und E-Mail absolut reibungslos und sehr nett. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Backofen und Gasherd, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen etc. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und ein Wäscheständer sind vorhanden. Alles in allem keine rudimentär ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sondern ein Apartment zum Wohlfühlen.

Charming apartment in a perfect location

First of all, shout out to Orlinda. She was fantastic and easy to work with from the date we reserved the place through check out. We had a small problem with the heating and she responded right away and got it fixed. She also had a list of local restaurants and the couple we tried were worth the time (definitely go to Canelas for paella). The apartment was charming, clean, well appointed and had lots of light. The location was perfect for the Fallas. The unit faced the square where we could see all the action and to top it off, the parade went right past the building. Didn't need to go out into the street, just watched it from one of the 7 balconies. The location cannot be beat. Everything is walkable from there. You cannot go wrong renting from her. It is practically perfect.
